The Rhodes Scholarship for Saudi Arabia was launched in 2018 in partnership with Muhammad Alagil, co-founder of Jarir Bookstores, and in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Education. One Rhodes Scholarship for Saudi Arabia is available each year.
This scholarship provides Saudi students with scholarships to study at the University of Oxford, and it also covers other expenses related such as housing and stipend.
The Rhodes Trust hopes for a diverse set of applicants from all across the country.
The launch of the Saudi Arabia Scholarship further strengthens the Rhodes Trust’s international community and is part of a wider geographic expansion of the Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford.
