The Wien International Scholarship Program at Brandeis University, established in 1958, is a first-of-its kind program bringing students from every corner of the globe to campus and engaging the entire community to be active global citizens.
The vision and generosity of its namesakes, Lawrence A. and Mae L. Wien, and the entire Wien family, continues to be illustrated in the dedicated students and alumni who serve as leaders on campus and throughout the world in the areas of science, the arts, politics, business, and the humanities.
Since its inception, the Wien International Scholarship Program has brought over 894 scholars from 115 countries to Brandeis, and its graduates continue to be committed to Brandeis University and to improving the world.
Brandeis University is located in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. As a nonsectarian research university, it welcomes talented faculty and students of all backgrounds and beliefs.
Eligibility:
Eligible applicants for this scholarship are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria;
– Applicants must be international students.
– Applicants must be active in extracurricular activities and other non-academic activities.
– Applicants must be enrolled and accepted into Brandeis University. All undergraduate courses and subjects in science, the arts, politics, business, and the humanities offered by the university are eligible.
